Can I delete a linked account/add a new one?

Add new account:


To add a bank account after you have received your loan, visit your dashboard and select the “Add Bank Account” option located on the bottom of the page under “Bank Accounts.”

You will be prompted to link your account via Bank Login - This method allows you to use your bank login information to instantly verify your bank account

Once your bank account has been verified and added, if you wish to use this account for recurring automatic monthly payments please see here.

A linked business bank account is required. 

To delete:

If you have a bank account that has been closed or that you no longer wish to use for repayment, please contact our servicing team at 1 (833) 275-8521 and request the account be deactivated.

If you have a payment scheduled from the account you would like to have removed, you must  contact us at least three business days before the scheduled debit to ensure we can make this change before the payment is processed.
